Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable CDL Class A Auto-Transmission Commercial Driving experience.
- 1 year of OTR experience with Open Deck or Reefer.
- Valid CDL Class A.
- Experience with tarping, strapping & load securement required for Conestoga, Flatbed or Step Deck.
- Experience with on-time delivery.
- Must be comfortable using ELD systems.
- Must be able to scan/send paperwork through smartphone apps.
- Clean MVR & PSP preferred.
- No recent DUI, SAP, or failed drug tests.
- Must be eligible to pass a drug test and background check.
- Must be okay with escrow of $2,500.
Reefer Division Duties:
- Understand how to properly set and operate a reefer unit.
- Know how to perform a pre-trip inspection and pre-cool the trailer before loading.
- Understand the importance of verifying product temperature and following all temperature requirements listed on the rate confirmation (RC).
- Be familiar with defrost procedures, reefer alarms, and continuous temperature monitoring throughout the trip.
Flatbed/Conestoga/Step-Deck Division Duties:
- Must know how to perform a proper pre-trip inspection.
- Must have a strong understanding of Hours of Service regulations and ELD operation.
- Must understand how to distribute the weight correctly on the trailer.
- Must understand state-specific axle and weight regulations, especially in Florida and California, including the rules for operating a trailer with the spread axle open or closed.
- Must know how to use all open-deck equipment properly, including straps, chains, binders, tarps, edge protectors, coil racks, and dunnage.
- Must understand and comply with DOT cargo securement regulations for all open-deck loads.
- Must understand the importance of securing every load correctly and safely.
- Must verify that the BOL and Rate Confirmation contain the same load information before leaving the shipper.
Behavior & Responsibility as per Company Policy:
- Maintain clear and professional communication with dispatch.
- Submit required documents and load updates on time.
- Arrive at appointments as scheduled and avoid unnecessary delays.
- Respond promptly to phone calls and messages.
- Take full responsibility for the assigned truck, trailer, equipment, and cargo.

Semi-Trucks 2023-2026 (Governed at 70mph):
- Freightliner.
- Volvo.
- Peterbilt.
- International.
- Kenworth.
- Mack.
*Sleeper Semi trucks equipped with advanced safety systems, deer guard, headache rack, power inverter, refrigerator, microwave, and Samsara ELD with outward dashboard camera system — no driver-facing camera.
Trailers 2023-2026:
- Conestoga 53ft Trailer.
- Flatbed 53ft Trailer.
- Step Deck 53ft Trailer.
- Reefer 53ft Trailer.
*Safety Equipment Provided
Bonuses:
- Sign-On Bonus: $2,600.
- Referral Bonus: $500.
- Clean Inspection Bonuses: (Level I $1,000, Level II $500, Level III $350).
- Transportation Reimbursement Available.

Route:
- Solo or Team OTR (all 48 states).
Home Time:
- OTR drivers typically stay out minimum 3 weeks and enjoy 7 days home.
- Ability to stay out longer for higher earnings.
- Route planning to get drivers home when promised.
Orientation Information:
- No on-site training provided *Drivers must be ready to operate independently.
- Orientation can take longer depending on experience.
- Casual attire acceptable during orientation.
Additional Information:
- No children or infants allowed in the Commercial Vehicle.
- Team driving allowed together with Wife/Husband, Relatives or Friends.
