Driver Requirements:
  • Valid CDL Class A.
  • Authorized to Work in the United States.
  • Minimum 1 Year CDL A Experience.
  • Minimum 6 Months Open Deck Experience.
  • Clean MVR & PSP for the Last 3 Years.
  • No Recent DUI, SAP, or Failed Drug Tests.
  • Experience with:
    • Tarping.
    • Strapping.
    • Chains & Load Securement.
    • Heavy Haul Preferred.
    • ELD (Electronic Logging Devices).
  • Strong Communication & Work Ethic.
  • Ability to Scan Documents Through a Phone App.

Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Safely transport Conestoga, Flatbed, or Step Deck freight while following DOT regulations and company safety policies.
  • Secure loads properly using straps, chains, binders, tarps, and other securement equipment.
  • Complete accurate pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance concerns immediately.
  • Maintain driving logs, load updates, and route activity using ELD systems.
  • Communicate professionally with dispatchers, brokers, and company staff regarding pickups, deliveries, delays, and route changes.
  • Deliver freight safely, securely, and on time while representing the company professionally.
  • Perform load checks and securement adjustments during transit when necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper care of assigned equipment and trailers.

Please note that we do not offer on-site training. Applicants are expected to have the necessary experience and be fully prepared to operate independently.
